Stay hydrated - drink lots of water before and after class.
Come to class on an empty stomach.
Bring a towel and a mat, or you can rent them for $1. Blocks and straps provided.
Wear comfortable clothes for sweating and moving.
Leave all personal belongings in a cubby outside the studio. We do not allow any personal belongings inside the yoga studio. RRY is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Leave valuables at home.
No cell phones in studio.
We encourage you to chat in the common areas but please keep conversations to a minimum once inside the studio space.
Please let the instructor know of any injuries, or if you are pregnant prior to class.
Please be on time, once the class starts the outside doors are locked.
